1. One license, one Mac
Starkomand is a workspace for AI coding agents on macOS. These terms cover the app, its website and your purchase. You must be able to enter an agreement, and have permission to act for any business using your license.
A Pro license lets you use Starkomand for personal or internal business work on one Mac. Additional Macs need additional licenses. Do not share or resell your license, distribute the app, bypass trial limits or reverse engineer it, except where the law or an open-source license allows it.
You own your code, prompts and other work. We own Starkomand and its branding. Third-party components keep their own licenses.
2. Try it, then pay once
The free trial gives you every feature for seven days. After that, you need to buy Pro to continue. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Starting the trial does not authorize a charge.
Launch prices are first come, first served. Your final price, taxes and payment provider are shown at checkout. Future price changes do not affect an accepted purchase. AI subscriptions and provider usage are separate.
3. No refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Use the seven-day trial to check that Starkomand works for you and your Mac before buying.
We do not offer a money-back guarantee or refunds for changing your mind, not using the app or buying it by mistake. This policy does not limit consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
4. Updates for a year. Your version to keep.
Your purchase includes one year of updates from the purchase date. You can keep using your entitled version after that. Later updates may cost extra; there is no automatic renewal.
We cannot promise compatibility with every future macOS release or third-party service, a fixed release schedule or indefinite support. This does not take away update or other rights required by law.
5. You control your agents
Agents and terminal commands can change files, run code, publish work and incur charges using the access you give them. They may keep running while the canvas is hidden. Review their output, keep backups and protect your credentials. Voice commands, summaries and finished indicators can be wrong.
Use Starkomand lawfully. Do not use it to access systems without permission, distribute malware or infringe others’ rights. AI providers, GitHub and other connected tools have their own terms, charges and privacy policies. We do not control their output or availability.

6. What we can promise
Starkomand is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law permits. We cannot guarantee error-free operation or accurate, secure AI output. It is not intended for safety-critical work.
Where the law permits, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, business or data. Our total liability is limited to the greater of US$100 and what you paid for the license involved. These limits do not cover fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy the law does not let us exclude.
7. Ending use and changes
You can stop using Starkomand at any time. We may end a license for a material breach, fraud or unlawful use, with notice and a chance to fix the issue where reasonable. You must then stop using the app. Your own work remains yours.
We may update these terms and will give notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove your purchased rights. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Nothing here removes mandatory rights under the law where you live.
